25 Moorgate

The VariBlast team recently completed refurbishment works inside 25 Moorgate, a commercial property in the heart of London: situated on one of the capital’s busiest streets.

We were responsible for preparing the structural steelwork on the interior. This involved dry blasting the existing steel to remove any previous coatings and achieve a clean surface, before applying a primer to protect the steel and provide the ideal base for the next stage of works. The steel was then coated with an intumescant fire protectant by another contractor.

This project demonstrates VariBlast’s ability to contribute to large-scale developments and work smoothly in collaboration with other companies.
