VariBlast are a Norfolk based Equal Opportunities construction company involved in the blasting and spray-painting sector.

We are looking for labourers, blasters, airless paint sprayers, skilled site operatives and site supervisors.

The right candidate:

Will have experience within the blasting and spraying industry.
Will be reliable, a team player, enthusiastic, self-motivated and have a good eye for detail.
Will be prepared to work away from home for large amounts of time (5 days a week) to complete work within large construction projects around the UK.
Must hold a CSCS card – Construction Skills Certification Scheme.

Driving Licence:

A full driving licence is preferred.

Additional skills and qualifications will aid your application but not essential, subject to position sought, and in certain circumstances impact on salary:

SMSTS – Site Management Safety Training Scheme (for site supervisors).
SSSTS – Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (for site supervisors).
IPAF (International powered Access Federation) Harness certificate.
MEWP (Mobile Elevated Work Platform) certificate.
PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers’ and Manufacturers’ Association) certificate.
Full clean driving licence.
Confined Space certificate.
Working at Height certificate.
First Aid certificate.
