Herbal House
We were engaged by McLaren Construction to deliver a large-scale hazardous coatings removal package at Herbal House.
Our team was tasked with the removal of existing lead-based coatings from the internal concrete finishes across seven floors, covering approximately 30,000–40,000 m².

We implemented lead-control procedures, including full health surveillance and regular blood checks. We used industry-approved removal techniques and stripped the concrete substrates back to a clean finish suitable for subsequent treatment, operating across seven storeys.
Despite the scale and complexity, the project was completed safely, efficiently, and to the specification required by both the principal contractor and the client team. The treated surfaces were left clean, fully compliant, and ready for the next stage of refurbishment.
