Portsoken St

This project was one of our largest undertakings to date, carried out over the course of one year. Our works at Portsoken St demonstrate our expertise in large-scale fire protection removal and thorough steel preparation,

We were employed to completely remove the existing cementitious fire protection system across the building’s expansive steel frame, and blast the remaining 25,000m² structural steel to Sa 2.5. This included dismantling the out-dated cementitious board siding. VariBlast ensured a high quality finish to ensure the building was ready for subsequent fire protection and coating systems.
