Training at Britannia
This image captures just a small part of the in-house training we regularly carry out to keep our team sharp, confident, and fully equipped for the challenges of our industry.

But beyond our internal programmes, a key element of our development work comes from our ongoing partnership with Britannia, a highly respected and structured training adviser. This collaboration allows us to broaden our skill set far beyond what can be achieved in-house alone, ensuring our team remains competent, compliant, and aligned with industry best practices.
Through this partnership, our staff have undertaken a wide variety of essential courses, each one playing a vital role in maintaining high standards. To name a few recent examples of training we have undertook with Britannia:
Asbestos Awareness – giving the team a clear understanding of the risks, safe procedures, and legal responsibilities when encountering asbestos in any environment.
Lead Awareness – ensuring that those working around lead-containing materials understand how to handle, manage, and minimise associated hazards.
Fire Marshalling – providing the knowledge and confidence needed to manage fire risks, coordinate safe evacuations, and fulfil fire safety duties responsibly.
Working at Height Courses – a collection of specialist training modules designed to keep our team protected while operating in higher-risk environments, including MEWPs and harness usage, inspection and correct fitting.
Working alongside Britannia enables us to demonstrate our competency, giving both our team and our clients the reassurance that every member of staff is trained to a high and consistent standard.
Combining our own in-house expertise with Britannia’s specialist training means we can deliver work with confidence and professionalism.
