Royal Mail Mount Pleasant Sorting Office

With the client spending millions on the largest sorting office in London in the middle of a busy residential area, VariBlast rose to the challenge.  Removing many layers of paint and detritus from the external area of over 12,000 m2 with a specialised silicone blast media.  This involved careful management of noise, deliveries and waste removal all within a scaffold and wrapped environment. The Royal Mail Mount Pleasant Sorting Office facility remained totally operational during the process and the project being sited within the Congestion zone area of central London, VariBlast’s qualified staff took residence in local lodgings for some 6 months.
