Welcoming our new Trainee Estimator

We’re pleased to welcome Will Johnson to VariBlast, who joins us as a Trainee Estimator as part of his placement year in industry at university.

This placement provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a specialist sector, developing a practical understanding of estimating, project planning, and the technical side of surface preparation and coating works. Working alongside our team, Will will be involved in reviewing project requirements and learning how we deliver accurate and competitive tenders across a range of projects.

For us, bringing in placement students is a great way to support emerging talent while also strengthening the team. It brings a fresh perspective into the business and helps build the next generation of professionals within the industry.

We’re looking forward to supporting his development over the coming year and having him as part of the team!
